Mr. K. Shanmugha Sundaram is a 1988 batch Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate from Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore with PGDM from MDI Gurgaon in the area of Strategy and Finance. He has more than 35 years of diverse and versatile experience in Project as well as Commissioning stages of 110, 210, 500, 660 and 800 MW fleets, greenfield as well as brownfield, across various states in India.
He also has experience of operating and maintaining a vast fleet of power stations. He is a professional with Corporate and Site experience, people-oriented approach, knowledge and experience of the entire power sector and works towards speedy implementation of Projects. He was appointed as Director w.e.f.11th Jan 2024 as Director.
Ms. Renu Narang, Executive Director (Finance) of NTPC Limited, a premier organization of Govt. of India. In addition, she is serving as part time Director on Board(s) of NTPC’s subsidiaries/ joint ventures. She joined NREL as Director on 07th May 2024. Ms. Renu Narang has over 31 years of experience in almost all aspects of Finance and Accounts. Resource mobilization from domestic and foreign lenders for both Long-Term and Short-Term needs has been her forte. Her experience spans over areas in International Finance, Budgeting, Financial Concurrence, Investor Services, Treasury and Superannuation Trusts.
Mr. Ajay Dua has done Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
He has more than 34 years of experience in the power sector. He has worked across different areas in NTPC like Project Construction, Operation & Maintenance, Project Coordination and Commercial. He was appointed as Director, NTPC Renewable Energy Limited w.e.f. 21st February 2023.
NTPC appointed as Director, NTPC Green Energy Limited w.e.f. 7th Oct 2022.
Ms. Sangeeta Kaushik has done B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) & MBA (HR) from MDI Gurgaon.
She has an experience of nearly 37 years in the power industry. She has worked in NTPC in various functions including Engineering, Corporate Planning and headed the technical services division at India’s Largest Power Plant.
Dr. Viveka Nand Paswan is an Honours Graduate in History from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. He has completed his Acharya Studies in Theology & Literature. He has also completed his Ph.D. and passed the UGC (NET) Exam. Dr. Paswan, has worked as an Assistant Professor, Department of Theology, K.S.D. Sanskrit University, Darbhanga.
He is a former Councilor (Senate) Member of K.S.D. Sanskrit University, Darbhanga. He is keenly involved in other community and societal activities. Dr. Paswan has also authored books in Hindi & Sanskrit Literature. He was appointed as Independent Director of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited w.e.f. 5th November 2024 as an Independent Director. He is also a director in NTPC Green Energy Limited
